As the state of Texas reopens, blood donation centers are in need of more contributions to benefit the public.
According to officials, blood donation centers practice sanitation protocols, social distancing, and perform temperature checks to all visitors.
The centers need at least 100 donors every day to meet their daily need.
There are two donation centers where you can give blood, one in Harlingen and one in McAllen.
