Autopsy ordered for man found deceased inside apartment

An autopsy has been ordered after Pharr police found a man deceased inside an apartment.

On Wednesday, September 16th, at around 12:30 p.m., Pharr police were called to an apartment, located at 402 S. Esperanza, in reference to an unresponsive man.

Officers found, David Lee Garcia, 50, dead and Justice of the Peace Jerry Munoz ordered an autopsy to determine the cause of death.

Preliminary indications point to no foul play, but the case is still under investigation.
