An arrest is made in connection with a body found in Willacy County.

27-year-old Juan Carlos Baeza of Brownsville is in Texas Rangers custody. Local authorities have not been able to positively identify the body as that of William Costello. However, Boston authorities say the body is that of the 71-year-old retired priest.

South Padre Island Police say Costello was last seen on August 1 at the Tiki Condos on South Padre Island. Costello was the pastor of a Catholic Church in Massachusetts for more than a decade. He retired from the church a few years ago. He then moved from the Boston area to South Padre Island.
