Apartment Complex Fire Before Holidays

On Sunday morning a structure fire broke out at Yellow Rose apartments located on 5th and Reid Street in Donna.

Leaving several families without any clothes or personal belonging.

According to Fire Chief David Simmons “the incident is still under investigation and any victims can contact the Red Cross for temporary assistance.”

Witnesses say about six children were living among the several departments and are left without any presents for this holiday season.

Any donations for all the families affected will accepted at Donna Glass & Mirror located at 1212 Hooks Avenue in Donna.
