The third victim, Matthew Compean, 30, is in the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to authorities.
Alton police say after investigation it is understood that a domestic dispute led to the shooting.

Authorities say it was an isolated incident, and that there is no immediate threat to citizens in the area.
Police have a warrant of arrest for capital murder for Velasquez.
Chief Flores adds the suspect is considered armed and dangerous.
