EDINBURG, Texas – Some older furry friends need your help finding a forever home. As part of their Foster Drive kick off this weekend, the Palm Valley Animal Center is waiving adoption fees for their older dogs. PVAC officials say older dogs often get neglected due to their age. Anyone over the age of 18 is eligible to adopt. The event will take place at 2501 west Trenton Road in Edinburg from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
