Harlingen (Texas)— The Harlingen police department reminds residents of curfew ordinance pertaining to minors.
According to a social media post, Harlingen police says that even though there is not a curfew related to the COVID-19 pandemic, there is still a curfew ordinance in affect.
The curfew hours are Sunday through Thursday from 10:30 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. the following day and Saturday and Sunday from midnight until 6:00 a.m.
This affects any person under the age of 17 years old. Fines can be up to $500.
