HARLINGEN, Texas – Just before 7 P.M. Friday, the Harlingen Police Department was notified that the escaped detainee, Peres-Reyes was spotted and detained.
Perez-Reyes was detained by a retired Harlingen Police Officer who immediately notified the department.
Officers arrived at the Parkwood area and were able to safely apprehend Perez-Reyes and return him to Federal Custody.
