Elsa Police Department looking for robbery suspect

ELSA, Texas – The Elsa Police Department is asking for the publics’ help in locating a suspect who robbed a Whataburger with a shotgun.

Authorities say the robbery happened around 6:30 Thursday morning at the Whataburger located at 100 East Highway 107.

Police say he displayed a shotgun and demanded money from the register.

The suspect fled on foot running northbound towards Extrumberto Solis Street.

He was seen wearing a camouflage hoody with a Mossy Oak logo, face mask, black gloves, blue jeans, and tan lace-up work boots.
