Early morning arrest for Possession of a Controlled Substance

PRIMERA, Texas — A 20-year-old female is in police custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance. In the early morning hours of July 18 a Primera Police officer a car parked in the middle of West Barge Court Street. The officer made contact with the driver, Felicia Dominique Vuittonet. He noticed a baggie in plain view containing several small pills that he recognized as a controlled substance. Vuittonet was then placed under arrest. She was given a bond of $19, 500 by Justice of the Peace Mike Trejo and is currently at the Carrizales-Rucker Cameron County Detention Center.
