BROWNSVILLE, Texas – One the largest tenants at the Port of Brownsville sends a reply statement to employees looking to form a labor union. As previously reported, the Southwest Pipe Trades Association is in the process of unionizing employees at Keppel AmFELS. Today the employees share this letter with Local 23 News.
The letter asks AmFELS employees to “examine the facts” before committing to a union and to “vote no” for unionization process.
