EDINBURG, Texas – Rio Grande Valley Border Patrol agents have seized over 900 pounds of marijuana in less than 24 hours.

The prints led to an abandoned barn where they located 136 pounds of marijuana worth about $109K. Agents searched the area for the smugglers and additional drugs to no avail.

Later in the evening Rio Grande City agents working near Garciasville, Texas, received information that a vehicle laden with narcotics was travelling north from the Rio Grande towards a nearby residence.
