Autopsy Report on Brownsville Woman Reveals ‘Nothing Suspicious’

Authorities in in Maryland informed Local 23 News that an autopsy was done on Stephanie Ordonez, and nothing suspicious was found, and that the death will probably be ruled an overdose once toxicology report is complete.

Officers say Ordonez, a 25-year-old Brownsville woman, was reported missing two days before she was found dead.

Ordonez, a traveling surgical tech, was found in a Walmart parking lot after midnight in Severn, Maryland.

A medical examiner will rule if the overdose was accidental, the toxicology report will likely take two months to be complete.
