Alamo police searching for hit-and-run suspect

ALAMO, Texas – Alamo police are searching for a suspect involved in a hit-and-run crash that claimed the life of a man.

Authorities identified the victim as 46-year-old Roger Cavazos.

The accident happened last Sunday around six in the morning in the 1300 block of West Frontage Road of I-2 between Alamo and Cesar Chavez Road.

Police are now asking for the public’s help in tracking down the driver of a 2000 to 2005 blue Chevy Silverado with two stickers on the bottom right of the rear window.

Anyone with information is urged to call the Alamo Police Department at 956-787-1454.
