Actress Alyssa Milano and crew begin filming in downtown Harlingen

HARLINGEN, Texas – Filming for the movie “Gift of an Angel” will move to Harlingen’s historic Jackson Avenue on Monday, November 18.

Heart of Christmas LLC, a film production company based in Texas with offices in Los Angeles and the United Kingdom is currently shooting in Harlingen.  The movie stars Alyssa Milano, Christian de la Fuente, Angel Parker, and Eva Ariel Binder.

Along with Jackson, several other streets will be closed for the filming starting at 7 a.m. through 6 p.m.

A Street from Monroe to Van Buren

1st Street from Monroe to Van Buren

2nd Street from Monroe to Van Buren and the Harry E. Day Memorial Parking Lot between 1st & 2nd   will also be closed.

Businesses that usually open on Mondays will be open during the filming.  Parking will be allowed on Jackson however vehicles in the areas where filming is taking place will have to remain there until the filming is done.

Last week, they used the Harlingen Municipal Court to shoot scenes for the movie while this week they filmed at a private home in Harlingen.
