If you're looking for a fun way to exercise with friends and family, the RGV Color Dash is right around the corner in Edinburg and it will literally brighten your day.
Amanda Humphreys and Eric Jimenez joined Action 4 Sunrise this morning to talk more about this colorful event.
It's a 5K run for anyone to enjoy. Participants must be wearing white at the start line and are encouraged to have a color filled experience throughout the race.
During each checkpoint of the race, a different color will be thrown on runners as they stride towards the finish line. By the end of the race, you are guaranteed to be covered in a variety of chalky color.
