A Spring Breaker from the Fort Worth area is facing criminal charges after he allegedly had sex with underage girl on South Padre Island.
South Padre Island police arrested 19-year-old Cesar Lino on an aggravated sexual assault charges on Wednesday evening.
Investigators told Action 4 News that it all happened on the Habitad Condominiums off East Parade Drive on the city's northside.
A police report show that officers were called to Unit 19 for a sexual assault in progress.
Officers learned that Lino had consensual sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old girl.
Lino was taken to the South Padre Island City Jail where he was issued a $20,000 dollar bond.
Records obtained by Action 4 News show that Lino lives in the Fort Worth suburb of Azle but was visiting the Island.
