RGV -- The valley is once again under the SEVERE WEATHER gun with a TORNADO WATCH in effect until 3a and the threat of a big line of strong storms to move through from west to east well past the midnight hour.
These storms will contain large hail, heavy downpours, wind gusts in excess of 60mph and frequent lightning.
