RGV -- Two days of spiffy weather, Friday will be sunny and mild with northeast breezes and daytime highs near the mid 80’s while Saturday will be much the same but with a few extra clouds.

A trough of low pressure will be migrating from the Bay of Campeche north and parallel to our coastline. This ribbon of low pressure will help spark clouds and showers for Sunday with some lingering into Monday.

A weak cold front will slip through The Valley Monday taking showers out of the forecast as it passes. Unlike many cold fronts this front won’t bring a lot of cool air but just enough to drop humidity and lower daytime highs by 2 to 4 degrees.
