A man from the Houston called Weslaco police to report unauthorized purchases being made at a Stripes Store in Weslaco.

Authorities believe that the suspect didn’t even have his card, but was using a cloned one.

The suspect is seen on surveillance video wearing an orange Longhorns cap and black hoodie that says Edcouch Elsa JROTC.

$400 worth of fuel transactions were made with the cloned card.
