BROWNSVILLE, TX -- Brownsville Rivera's Keila Rodriguez excels at everything she does, whether it's volleyball, basketball, track & field, cross country, or her studies (she's currently senior valedictorian). But it's her running that garnered her a Division I scholarship from Texas State University in San Marcos.
