RIO GRANDE CITY, TX -- After a 6-2 district record and return to the playoffs, Rio Grande City hopes to continue building a winning program under 2nd year head coach Carlos Longoria.  Despite losing all skill position players on offense, Longoria is confident junior quarterback Noe Gonzalez can step in to keep the Rattlers' spread attack dangerous.  Longoria also expects the team to have a better understanding of the offensive and defensive schemes after a year in the program.
