Mexico routs U.S. in Gold Cup

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) -- Mexico won its fifth Gold Cup by routing the Americans 5-0 in the final.

The visitors scored all their goals in the second half, before a capacity crowd of 79,156, overwhelmingly dominated by green-clad Mexican fans at the Meadowlands.
