Harlingen High School South girls basketball star Bianca Torre has signed a basketball scholarship deal with the University of Texas-Pan American.
UTPA offered Torre a scholarship in September.
Torre had been considering options but confirmed that she signed with UTPA on Wednesday.
The Lady Hawks' player got noticed last year for her hustle on the basketball court.
The Harlingen South basketball star averaged 25 points and eight assists a game with 11 steals -- all in her junior year.
