PHARR, TX -- They were a team that didn't enter the Sugar N Spice football league until it was already underway. They made the championship game in San Antonio, only to have it postponed by lightning. But when the McAllen/RGV Mystics played in front of near sellout crowds in Pharr, they proved unbeatable and, in the end, won the title game by defeating the Texas Cowgirls.
