LOS FRESNOS, TX -- Los Fresnos outside hitter Debbie Lozano, the District 32-5A volleyball offensive player of the year, jumped at the chance to sign a scholarship offer from UT-Brownsville, joining a team that has gone to 3 straight NAIA tournaments while staying close to home.
