Yellow Jackets awaiting UIL ruling

Joe is a sports reporter and weekend sports anchor for Action 4 News.

In Edcouch-Elsa they won a big game last night as they handed the Mercedes Tigers a first district loss.

Now they are waiting on a ruling by the UIL on an appeal that will determine if they will be playing for pride alone or playing for the right to move on in the play-offs.

While the ruling is set for mid-week, the team goes on about preparing for the next team regardless.
