UTPA offers basketball scholarship to Bianca Torre

High school girls basketball starts in November but one Harlingen High School South senior already has a scholarship offer.

The Lady Hawks' Bianca Torre got noticed last year for her hustle on the basketball court.

The Harlingen South basketball star averaged 25 points and eight assists a game with 11 steals -- all in her junior year.

The UTPA Lady Broncs basketball team offered Torre a scholarship on Wednesday.
