$4 million dollar lottery ticket sold in Rio Grande City

The Rio Grande Valley has a new millionaire.

Texas Lottery Commission officials are confirming that last night's winning Lotto Texas ticket was sold in Rio Grande City.

The winning $4 million dollar lottery ticket matched all six winning numbers 4-10-35-38-41-49.

Accordint to the Texas Lottery Commission, the ticket was sold at Stripes #2206 at 2798 West Highway 83.

The winning ticket was not a quick pick and was selected to be paid out in 25 annual payments.

Lotto Texas is played on Wednesday and Saturday.
