A man is facing criminal charges after he allegedly exposed himself to a woman at a popular park in north McAllen.

McAllen police arrested 23-year-old Alejandro Toscano on an indecent exposure charge over the weekend.

Investigators told Action 4 News that officers were called to the Splash Park off Zinnia Avenue and North 29th Street on Saturday.

A woman told police that Toscano had exposed himself to her.

Officers spotted him but he allegedly ran from police.

Authorities charged Toscano with indecent exposure and evading arrest.

Toscano appeared before a McAllen Municipal Court judge where he was issued $10,000 dollars in bonds.
