A sting operation ended with two women being accused of selling baggies of cocaine to an undercover agent.

Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) agents arrested Krisbel Yolani Diaz-Rodriguez and Rosa Maria Martinez-Villanueva.

Court records show the two women were arrested as part of an undercover operation on Saturday night.

The women worked at Blanka’s Lounge off San Jacinto Road in north Brownsville.

TABC agents reported they had received reports of prostitution and drugs at the bar.

According to court records, Diaz-Rodriguez allegedly sold an undercover officer $40 dollars worth of cocaine.

Diaz-Rodriguez allegedly got the drugs from Martinez-Villanueva.

During her arrest, Martinez-Villanueva allegedly had more cocaine hidden in her crotch area.

Both women remain behind bars at the Cameron County Jail under delivery of a controlled substance charges.

Diaz-Rodriguez was issued a $5,000 dollar bond while Martinez-Villanueva was given a $7,500 dollar bond.

Jail records show that U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents filed detainers against both women.
