LA GRULLA, TX --  RJ Alaniz is preparing for his 3rd full season in the Astros minor league organization, and the La Grulla native, who pitched at Rio Grande City and La Joya Juarez-Lincoln, believes he is set to take some major steps in his pro career this year.
