Fire leaves Edinburg mother, two babies hospitalized

Paramedics rushed an Edinburg woman and two babies to the hospital following a kitchen fire at their home in Edinburg.

It all happened at an apartment complex off Aruba Drive in Edinburg around 11 a.m. Wednesday.

Edinburg firefighters say the blaze started on the stove.

Paramedics rushed a woman and two babies to a local hospital due to smoke inhalation.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
