Over 105 pounds of cocaine were seized from a tractor trailer carrying TV's.
The drugs were found at the Falfurrias Border Patrol Station on Friday.
Border Patrol agents identified Martin Malta as the driver of the trailer.
When initially being questioned, Malta told agents he was hauling a load of televisions to New Jersey.
Agents said Malta was acting nervous when answering each question.
Border Patrol canines sniffed the trailer's exterior and alerted agents of the drugs.
After an x-ray examination, 20 bundles were found inside a gray bag.
A field test resulted in positive result of cocaine.
After Malta was placed under arrest, Corpus Christi Homeland Security Investigators interviewed Malta at the checkpoint.
Malta said that he did know that the drugs were in the truck and that a man had gone to his house earlier that day and threatened to hurt him and his family if he did not smuggle the cocaine.
Investigators asked if he knew who the man was, but Malta was unable to provide any more answers.
