BROWNSVILLE, TX -- Brownsville St. Joseph had hoped that this would be the year the Bloodhounds would break through and take District 2 in Division I of TAPPS programs. but back-to-back losses to San Antonio Antonian and Austin St. Michael's dashed those hopes.
