COLLEGE STATION, TX -- The Valley's two entrants in the Division II state 7on7 football tournament both had to rally from adversity to make the championship bracket at College Station. The Tarpons by twice coming back from halftime deficits, and the Cardinals by winning two games by big margins after suffering an early defeat.
