MCALLEN, TX -- On Signing Day, McAllen High School kicker Jose Arzate signed his national letter of intent to play football at West Texas A&M University.

Arzate started for three years for the Bulldogs, and holds the record for the most points for any kicker in McHi history. He will redshirt next season behind former La Joya kicker Sergio Castillo, a junior this fall.
