Down 1-0 to Coppell after 60 minutes, the Brownsville Hanna boys soccer team scored twice within a 3 minute span to take a lead in the 5A state championship game. But one late goal by Chris Madden of Coppell sent the match to overtimes, and then with :53 remaining in the 2nd OT, Madden struck again to send the Golden Eagles home one win short of their ultimate goal.

Both will be appearing at 3:30pm Thursday press conference at the McAllen Convention Center to promote Canelo's fight with Austin Trout at the Alamodome April 20th.

When former Texas Longhorns coach Darrell Royal passed away at the age of 88 from complications from Alzheimer's Disease, many college football fans remembered him as the innovator of the wishbone offense and a winner of multiple national titles. Rio Grande Valley fans also recall that Royal coached many of the best football players to ever come from this area.
