Texas A&M-Kingsville punt returner/wide receiver Joseph Vela will take the field Saturday night at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington as the Javelinas face West Texas A&M in the final game of the Lone Star Conference football festival. It will mark the second time the Rio Hondo graduate has played at "JerryWorld".
