Thursday, April 11, 2013  Action 4 Sports first brought you the news a few weeks ago that McAllen Rowe lineman Adonis Cruz had made the THSCA state all-star team, this week, the complete rosters were unveiled, and Cruz will be joined by two other Valley all-stars at TCU in July: McAllen Memorial lineman Tim Ruiz and Edinburg forward Gabriel Rivas, who made the all-star basketball team.

Thursday, April 11, 2013  He didn't start playing football until he was in high school, but McAllen Rowe offensive lineman Adonis Cruz made up for lost time, garnering 1st team all-District 31-5A honors as a senior before being selected to play for the South team in the Texas high school Coaches Association All-Star football game July 30th at TCU.

Thursday, April 19, 2012  The Texas High School Coaches Association announced the rosters for the 2012 All-Star Football game at the Alamodome in San Antonio on July 31st, and Harlingen WR/DB Randy Bermea was the only representative from the Rio Grande Valley.
