Only months after leaving the United Soccer Leagues and changing their name, the Rio Grande Valley Ocelots soccer team is now afilliated with a USL team, FC New York.

The Rio Grande Valley Bravos, tired of the mosquitos, heat, and hurricanes of summer soccer, have joined the Southern Premier Soccer League, and will play spring and fall schedules starting in 2011.
