Wednesday, February 15, 2012  The greatest quarterback in the history of the McAllen Memorial program signed to play at Army, and the Mustangs faithful threw a big party for the newest Black Knight, Matthew Kaufmann.

Thursday, December 15, 2011  McAllen Memorial quarterback Matthew Kaufmann received his first Division I football scholarship offer from the United States Military Academy on the same day the Rio Grande Valley placed six local players on the Texas 4A All-State Football Teams.
