CHICAGO -- It's not like Rio Hondo alum Roberto Garza ever wanted his streak of 69 straight starts as an NFL player to end, but 3 consecutive weeks of intense pain thanks to a torn meniscus in his left knee forced the issue.

Luckily, the RGV's favorite Chicago Bear is a quick healer, and the Bears O-line coaches couldn't help but notice how poorly Jay Cutler's protectors played in number 63's absence.

That's why, only 16 days after arthroscopic surgery,Roberto Garza is back starting this Sunday when the Bears face the Buffalo Bills in Toronto.

It'll be Rob's 1st ever game in Canada, and his O-Line coach Mike Tice, isthrilled to have him back.

"I hope he keeps making strides," Tice said of Garza. "I'd love to see him back in the mix. I think it would be good for J'Marcus [Webb] to have him back... and get a chance to help a young guy learn mentally and have some awareness.

Even better news, Garza also returns to the position where he excelled for 64 of those 69 starts, right guard. He was moved to left guard for the 1st time as a Bear just before the start of the 2010 season
