Illegal netting by Mexican commercial fishermen takes a deadly toll on fish spawning in the Rio Grande, but thanks to frequent patrols by Texas Parks and Wildlife game wardens the damage is kept to a minimum. Richard Moore takes us out on the river with wardens as they confiscate illegal gill net.
