Authorities are investigating an accident where a man reportedly cut his leg with chainsaw north of Weslaco.

It all happened near Mile 12 1/2 North and FM 88 north of Weslaco around 2:45 p.m. Tuesday.

Details were not immediately available but investigators said an ambulance has been sent to a rural home.

The man's medical condition was not immediately available.
