The third and final man accused of kidnapping a UTPA student last month turned himself in Saturday afternoon.

Edinburg police told Action 4 News Onan Herrera-Sanchez was hiding out in Mexico.

Sanchez is expected to be charged with aggravated kidnapping Sunday morning.

The trio allegedly forced a UTPA student into their vehicle on September 25, 2012 while she tried to get into her vehicle on campus.

According to authorities they held the girl against her will for a few days--she escaped and immediately went to the police.

Miguel Angel Navarro and Miguel Trevino have already been charged with aggravated kidnapping.
