A Brownsville man is out on bond after being arrested for an incident where he allegedly masturbating while driving.

Brownsville police arrested 29-year-old Jose Alberto Torres on Wednesday morning for an outstanding warrant for indecent exposure.

Investigators told Action 4 News that the incident happened in the parking lot of an HEB supermarket off Paredes Line Road back on July 9th.

Witnesses told police that a man with dreadlocks was seen masturbating while driving in the parking lot.

Torres appeared before a Brownsville municipal judge on Thursday morning where he was issued and later posted a $1,000 dollar bond.

Public records show that Torres does not appear to have a prior criminal record.
