Some 150 of the Rio Grande Valley's Democrats are traveling on special charter buses to see President Barack Obama's campaign stop in San Antonio.

President Obama is expected to attend a re-election campaign fundraising event at the Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center in downtown San Antonio on Tuesday morning.

Actress Eva Longoria and San Mayor Julian Castro are among those expected to attend.

Another two fundraisers are planned in Austin on Tuesday afternoon.

Democratic Party members have set up charter buses that will leave from Harlingen's Bass Pro Shops on Monday afternoon and will return on Tuesday afternoon.
