A woman, her teenage daughter and her daughter’s boyfriend were allegedly shot by the woman’s husband Friday night.

The shooting happened after 9 p.m. on the 2000 block of East F.M. 496 in Mission.

Mission police responded to the scene after nearby residents called to report shots fired.

According to Mission Police Chief Martin Garza, when officers arrived, they found a woman shot multiple times in her legs, the daughter shot in the neck and the daughter’s boyfriend shot in the arm.

In the backyard, they found a man in his 60’s with lacerations to his head.

The wounds are reported to be from a struggle with the boyfriend.

The man was taken to the hospital to treat the knife wounds, and then was taken to the police station.

According to Chief Garza, the father forced his way into the house, went to the daughter’s bedroom, shot her and then shot her boyfriend.

He then proceeded to shoot the girl’s mother.

A revolver and knife were recovered from the scene.

The mother’s condition remains unknown at this time.

The daughter is reported to be in critical condition, and her boyfriend is expected to recover.

The investigation is ongoing and the man is expected to face charges in the next few days.
