It was a bloody murder in Pharr.
Pharr police discovered the body of a Houston man stabbed to death early this morning.
Candie Reyna was in tears as the judge read her bond and charge Wednesday afternoon.
Reyna was charged with murder and given a $1 million dollar bond.
As the officers took her away, she told the judge she didn't do anything, but Pharr police said she was involved in the fatal stabbing of Roel Rocha.
According to the affidavit, Rocha and his friend were drinking a few beers by the parking lot of 115 South Cage Boulevard when Reyna got in an argument with Rocha.
She then told Rocha she was going to get her brother Alberto to beat him up.
Rocha's friend testified that Candi's brother came down, exchanged words with Rocha and told his sister and his wife to get him his machete.
According to the affidavit, the women brought him knives.
Rocha tried to get away, stumbled and fell, and that's when Alberto stabbed him in the chest.
Pharr police said they responded to the scene and shortly after arrested Candi Reyna, but Alberto Reyna got away.
Authorities encourage anyone with information about this case to contact Pharr crimestoppers at 784-TIPS.
